The ways to prevent from Corona Virus using the daily kitchen using product and general activities

The current major problem of the world is corona virus (covid-19). All people are waiting its cure and medicine, even they don't know we can be safe from it with using our common kitchen products which we are using daily.So, let's know about these product and their use and other major ways to be preventive and to grow immunity power, they are: 1. Wash your hand regualarly before and after having lunch, dinner, lunch, breakfast or use alcoholic sanitizer afer going toile too. 2. Drink hot water regularly, if possible use lemon and termeric powder with water. 3. Eat regular green vegetables and fruits that contain proper vitamin. 4. Focus on regular exercise and yogas. 5. Spend some time on sports. 6. Use mask while going public places. 7. Don't touch most touchable area like door stand, handles etc. which are regualrly touched by many people. You can use your knee and other part except hand to open and close them. 8. Make strong immunity power and positive thinking. 9. Keep social distance i.e. minimum 2 meters to each other while going public places, office or other places. 10. If you feel uncomfort with fever, cough or other pain, go and consult with doctor in hospital. If you are aware of the above point I hope you can get far from Covid-19.
